SLA Adherence Insurance

Inlog Network Pvt. Ltd. provides a Payment Guarantee, ensuring payment to Buyer or service takers in the event of service provider not paying for penalties as per standard terms & conditions for SLA Adherence, exclusively for transactions conducted through the Inlog Platform.

Required Documentation:

To initiate a claim, the following documents are required:

  • Lawyer's Notice
  • Complete set of invoices/bills
  • Complete transaction documentation from the transaction date
  • Seller's details
  • Subrogation

   SLA Adherence Insurance Conditions:

The availability of this insurance as a value-added service for transactions involving buyers & Seller on the InLog Platform is subject to the following conditions:

  • Claim Submission Date: Maximum within  90 days from the date of the transaction.
  • Documentation: Submission of complete documentation as required by InLog Network.
  • Claim Approval and Payment: Claim approval and subsequent payment shall be processed and disbursed within 3 months following the complete verification of all submitted claim documents.

Important Notes:

  • Maximum Claim Limit: The maximum claim limit is ₹500,000 per member & subject to maximum of 10 times of Freight Value.
  • Dispute Resolution: In Log Platform will attempt to facilitate a mutual resolution through the involvement of association members, including an arbitration team.
    That this Insurance is only for SLA Adherence as per Standard Terms & Conditions. This Insurance is not for any damage / loss to the Goods, and the buyer is obliged to take all transit insurance for its Goods

      0.1%of Total Value of Goods
