FEES STRUCTURE

1.Application / Registration Fees (onetime non-refundable)

a)    Rs. 1,00,000/- for company Registration

2.Charter Membership Fee (payable quarterly in advance)

a)    Rs. 5,00,000/- per annum for member.

 Note:

1.       The application & registration fees shall be waived for the founder members /Aitwa / Renowned Logistics association members. 

2.       The members opting for special debentures of Rs. 50 lakhs for three years at coupon rates of 2.5% per annum will not be required to give annual membership fee for the duration of debentures. 

3.       The members will have option to take 100 lakhs ccd option at coupon rates of 0.1% which shall be converted to shares at end of three years at 35 % discount for any first public offering/institutional sale.
